Epix is social guild that raids. Its main aim is to conquer current and future PvE encounters in rather mature and friendly atmosphere. While we evaluate performance of our members in raids, we also evaluate their contribution to guild spirit, guild bank, their activity on these boards. You do not have to raid 7 times / week to be in Epix. You have to be mature, preferably skilled WoW player. You can be unskilled but you have to show us your willingness to learn.
Fights, if there are any, are being dealt with by the respective Class Leader. If a member is unhappy with the Class Leader's decission, he can bring his issue to the Guild Master. The word of Guild Master is definite.
There is no drama within Epix. If you want to race for world firsts, this ins't guild for you. My suggestion to you is to go to 2005 servers. 2006 ones aren't so fast in terms of PvE progression. Atleast horde side ins't. On the other hand, if you are drama-queen, do not join and ruin our guild. We prefer relaxed and friendly atmosphere over constant pressure and whines.
Epix will NEVER force you into anything. We do not force our members to raid 7 times / week, we do not force our members to be x / y / z spec. We feel that forced spec contributes guild in short run, but in a long run, it makes people unhappy with their class and leads to rerolling which is bigger loss for guild. However there are some restrictions. We embrace Shadow Priests , Feral / Moonkin Druids, and any other spec of all classes, however, your gear has to match role you want in PvE raids. That means that 300 AP kitties, 300 spell dmg oomkins, 200 spell dmg shadow priests aren't welcome. In the early stage of guild, you may be given a chance, but you are expected to grind appropriate gear that will help you play adequate PvE role.
Use of these boards is mandatory if you are member of Epix. They are great place to find useful informations and post your opinons. Do not be shy to post your concerns if you have any. Your happiness, as our member, is of utmost importance to us.
