Guild raids have highest priority on all online members. This means that if you are online, you are expected to drop stuff you are doing and join raid if you are needed.
Outdoor bosses, due to the fact that there are many guilds wanting to down them, have highest priority. Meaning that if outdoor boss is spotted by our spies, it will be number one priority for online members to get raid and down him.
We expect our members act maturely during the raids. This means listening to Raid Leader, keeping your concentration high and performing at best possible level. We do not want military discipline, but on the other hand, we don't want kindergarden where 25 kids are yelling for mamma. Focus and pay attention. Loot epics.
As a part of preparation for raids, members are expected to scout these and other boards and to find useful info on encounters. If you are unsure what to do in current raid, DO NOT ASK RAID LEADER. Ask your Class Leader and he will provide you feedback. Do not be shy to ask, be shy if you screw up because you didn't ask.
Members are expected to bring effective amount of consumables needed to overcome encounter. With the amount of chinadudes on Aerie Peak, this is highly easy task.
