So what to do now?

Nothing will happen right away. It takes time, like they say "The best things come to those that wait."
Continue to gear up.
Epix has taken great steps in Endgame TBC, Thinking your gonna get a Raid invite even a Guild invite when your running around in Pre-TBC Epic's or sub-standard Armor/Weps, won't do you any good. We ask all our members to get the best gear they can outside Kara/Gruul's, The gear you can get from Trade-skill's and Heroics can be better than Kara/Gruul's loot.
Work on Reputation.
Having heroic keys will add to your chances of getting a Ginvite as will having rare trade-skills
DO NOT BUG YOUR WOULD BE CLASS LEADER/GUILD LEADER!
Do I really need to explain this? Whispering a CL/GM every time they log on with "Seen my application yet?" and so on, won't get you anywhere in fact it will count against you!
